Four men face charges after they allegedly invaded the home of rival gang member, forcibly confined him and tried to kill him Wednesday. Rami Ghaith, 22, was stabbed several times after three Ledbury Banff Crips gang members and an associate allegedly broke into his home. The family home of one of the gang members was the target of gunfire less than two months ago. At about 3 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to an area near Walkley and Conroy roads after Ghaith fled the home. Ghaith was taken to the Ottawa Hospital with serious injuries. Police said Friday he had been released from hospital. The Ottawa police guns and gangs unit executed search warrants after the stabbing, but did not locate a weapon. "There's other evidence to support our charges," said Staff Sgt. Mark Patterson of the guns and gangs unit. Ali Hamzeh, 20, Ahmad Hamzeh, 20, Salah Alenezi, 20 and Abdulaziz Al-Enzi, 24, are charged with attempted murder, forcible confinement, break and enter with the intent to commit an indictable offence and mischief. Police are still looking for Abdulaziz Al-Enzi.
